Condolences to the Darlington family on the passing of Jan. She was a driving force behind the early years of the Burnett Catchment Care Association, and attended BCCA’s 20 year celebration of natural resource management in the Burnett catchment in 2015.
Jan was also a strong advocate for the role women play on the land as farmers in their own right. She was a founding member of the Queensland Rural, Regional and Remote Women’s Network
