Do you have a problem with wild dogs?
The Burnett Mary Regional Group is funding two more FREE wild dog trapping schools, conducted by Tony Townsend.  The course will examine wild dog ecology, control measures, how and where to set traps and will give landholders the confidence to carry out trapping themselves. Trapping allows landholders to carry out wild dog control in areas where 1080 is not an option or as a complement to any baiting program. Participants will receive their own trapping starter kit as part of the course!

Time: These courses run over two and half days
Date: The first school will be 15-17 March 2013 and the second school on the 29-31 March 2013.
Where: TO BE CONFIRMED. BMRG are looking for landholders with wild dog activity to host the schools.  Anywhere with a farm shed or community hall will be considered.
RSVP: Numbers are limited, first in best dressed!
