Burnett Catchment Care Association is inviting Upper Burnett landholders to register their interest in receiving expert advice & funding for erosion planning & rehabilitation.
Participants will receive –
- Advice from John Day, Soil Conservation Officer with decades of experience in the Burnett region
- A property-specific erosion rehabilitation plan with cost effective options (for up to 3 erosion sites)
- Funding of up to $5000 to assist in implementing the erosion works as per the erosion plan.

Conditions apply-
- Participant properties must be located in the Upper Burnett, as per the map (subcatchments of Baywulla, Nogo, St Johns, Three Moon & Upper Burnett)
- Registrations close 31 July 2023
- Funding is limited to the first 10 eligible landholders to register Erosion projects must be completed by May 2024
- Landholders must complete the registration form completely Registration doesn’t guarantee participation in the project.
