Secrets of the Soil Workshop a Huge Success!
A big thank you to the 93 landholders and community members who joined us in Murgon for our Secrets of the Soil workshop with world-renowned soil scientist Dr Christine Jones.
Dr Jones shared powerful insights into how soil microbes, plants, and animals work together to build healthy, resilient soils. Local producers Rob Read, Stephen Nussio, and Damien O’Sullivan added their own inspiring stories, showing how multi-species pastures and simple management changes are improving soil health and farm productivity right here in our region.
The message was clear: healthy soils = healthier pastures, healthier livestock, and healthier businesses. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a success!
