The fog cleared in the streets of Kingaroy as members and non-members from across the Burnett came to see and hear the BCCA’s Show and Tell Morning at the DPI Research Station last Tuesday.

BCCA has been running the Catchment Recovery Pilot, Better Burnett to much success over the past 10 months and members of the South Burnett were treated to a morning of information and networking based on the work that’s been done so far.

The Better Burnett team discussed their current on-ground natural resource management projects as well as future directions and how each one of us can be involved.

Participants shared some more ideas on where and how BCCA can work together with each of them, which included collaborating on workshops, newsletters and individual on-ground projects.  More information on current projects can be found throughout this website or call the office in Mundubbera on 4165 3551.

The BCCA’s Better Burnett programme has been funded by the Burnett Mary Regional Group for NRM.
