It is that time of the year again!! BCCA will be holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM), on Thursday 21 November 2019, at Mundubbera town hall supper rooms. The meeting will begin at 9.30am, with morning tea to follow. After our AGM we will be holding our quarterly General Meeting.
If you wish to vote and cannot attend our AGM, please use the proxy system. If you would like to nominate the president as your proxy, please let us know. Alternatively, you may wish to print the proxy form, and return to us by Monday 18 November 2019.
