Women in Agriculture (Wag’s) workshop is on this Saturday, 10 June 2017 at Kilkivan from 9am – 3pm. Attendance at the day is FREE, no RSVP’s required and there is a great line up of speakers that will inspire and inform across a number of rural issues.  Presenters include:

• Damien O’Sullivan, DAF – Climate Outlook and Grazing Management
• Melinda Murnane, Rhodavale Pork – farmers wife, mother of 4 & now a butcher shop owner building the ultimate paddock to plate dream
• Leanne Baker, the women behind ‘Organising the Four of Us’ blog & Project 14, the power of 15 minutes’ &, above all, the importance of self-care.
• Roslyn Rees & Alison Abbott – Farm Workplace Health & Safety
• Carolyn Stone – AgForce Qld Update
