AgForce in partnership with Australian Wool Innovation and the Queensland Government are providing vital information about how you can get involved in a community strategy for controlling wild dogs, pigs and foxes in your region.

Workshop presenters and topics include:
- Clynton Spencer, Senior Wild Dog Officer Biosecurity Queensland, outlining best practice poison information relating to control/ planning calendars, as well as a trapping demonstration
- Phillip Sutherland, Wild Dog Officer Biosecurity Queensland
- Damien Ferguson, AgForce Projects Pest Animal Management Coordinator, providing an overview of feral pig control
- Ted Parish, AgForce Projects Industry Recovery Officer, providing specialist support and recovery advice to help landholders impacted by flooding earlier this year to bring their businesses and properties back on track

The trapping demonstration will include an overview on how to find wild dog signs, where and how to set dog traps, plus all attendees will receive a free wild dog trap. To receive a trap attendees must register prior to the workshop and attend for the whole day.
