DESCRIPTION:Graziers in the Burnett Mary Region are invited to join the GRASS (Grazing Resilience and Sustainable Solutions) program and participate in a workshop on 17 October in Wondai.\n\n\n\nThe GRASS program supports graziers to identify opportunities to improve poor (C) or degraded (D) land. Extension officers work with graziers to develop and implement a tailor-made action plan for land management. The focus is to improve and then maintain land condition\, improve ground cover and reduce soil loss.\n\n\n\nThe GRASS program is funded through the Queensland Government’s Queensland Reef Water Quality Program and delivered by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) and BMRG.\n\n\n\n For more information call BMRG on 07 4181 2999 or email admin@bmrg.org.au
