DESCRIPTION:Social Change What would it take to change the conditions of my community? What is social impact and how can we use it to support our region and strengthen our communities? Change happens in communities and organisations through people. During this workshop participants will explore how we can effectively implement social change through leadership. This workshop is presented by Lisa Ryan of Adaptive Leadership Australia. \nWhat is the North Burnett Leadership Series? This program will enhance leadership in North Burnett communities by building skills and confidence. This fantastic series of workshops has been inspired by the success of the Red Earth Community Foundation’s Workshop series held in the South Burnett during 2018.
