With diminishing water supplies, the economics of growing crops have been challenged and one solution to this is the adoption of Subsurface Drip Irrigation (SDI).

Dean & Tracy Rockemer are holding a field day to demonstrate their upgraded drip irrigation system which will save them 35 million litres of water/year.  This upgraded system was made possible through a Round 2 Community Water Grant.

A guest speaker from  Netafim will be there on the day.
