Primary industries, Wetlands and fish.

The leaders in our farming and fishing industries are doing great things to balance production with catchment health and maintain sustainable fisheries.

Come and find out what, where and how.

You will visit wetlands on properties in the Splitter’s Creek catchment and look at some wetland issues on the coast, before enjoying a seafood lunch while you travel by boat to the Bundaberg Port Marina to meet some local fishermen. This is an opportunity to discuss management issues with representatives from the primary industries sector, local government, wetland management and fisheries.
