The program that is easily recognised by the aqua-green diamond shaped ‘Land For Wildlife’ sign on the fence or gate has been operating since 1981.
In the Burnett Mary region Land For Wildlife is administered by the Burnett Mary Regional Group and delivered together with BCCA and other not-for-profit and local government organisations.
BCCA is proud to be partnering with BMRG again to be delivering Land For Wildlife to landholders in the North Burnett and South Burnett Regional Council areas.
Anyone interested in becoming involved with Land For Wildlife will soon be able to download the information from the ‘Land For Wildlife’ tab on the left hand side (Land For Wildlife) and will be eligible for extension support and possible incentives.
